Who Are We?

About us

The Interact Club of Matribhumi Baluwatar (ICMB), chartered in 2020 and sponsored by the Rotary Club of Matribhumi Baluwatar, is a youth-led organisation operating under Zone VI of Interact District 3292 (Nepal & Bhutan). The club was founded with the objective of promoting service, leadership, and personal development among students through meaningful engagement and responsible action.

Since its establishment, ICMB has actively contributed to community service initiatives, educational outreach, and collaborative projects that address social and developmental needs. The club provides a platform for members to cultivate leadership skills, teamwork, and innovative thinking while working closely with Rotary mentors and community stakeholders.

Through consistent service and active participation in district-level initiatives, ICMB has built a reputation for commitment, professionalism, and impact. The club remains dedicated to empowering young individuals to grow as responsible leaders and contribute positively to their communities.

The presidential theme “Home Grown Hope” reflects a vision of building a club that feels like home for every member. It emphasizes creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals are seen, heard, and genuinely valued. The theme encourages open dialogue, learning through experience, and embracing vulnerability as strengths rather than weaknesses. By fostering kindness, active listening, and mutual respect, it aims to cultivate deep trust and a strong sense of belonging.
